Thanksgiving Point Registration

Please check back on Monday, November 8th, at 7:30 am for instructions on enrolling for the 2021-2022 school year that begins Wednesday, February 2nd, at our new Lehi location.

Application Steps

To apply for 2021/2022 enrollment at the River Park, South Jordan location please follow these steps carefully:

1) Complete the New Student Application below
A non-refundable $80 application paid by credit card is required to submit your application. (Please note, this form may not display properly on some mobile devices, we recommend using a tablet or computer).

2) After you sign and submit the application you MUST open the email from RightSignature.com to verify your signature by clicking on the emailed link. 
Your application is not submitted until you complete this step of clicking the link in the email. The email listed on the top of your application is the address that your verification email will be sent to. Please check your junk folder if you are not seeing the message.

Once you complete these two steps your application has been submitted successfully and time stamped.

We will work hard to review all applications as quickly as possible. Dancing Moose will communicate via email by February 2, 2021 to verify your child’s enrollment or waiting list status.
